Banquet Hall is now available for rent!
We are located in Springfield off I-70 & State Route 4, Located close to Dayton & not to far from the Dayton International Airport. The Hall is available to the Public for all your needs! The hall is approximately 3,500sf. It comes equipped with up to 20 tables and 120 chairs at no additional cost. Please check out our Banquet Hall Rental Application. Wedding Receptions, Birthday Parties, Hall Rentals, Reunions, Gaming, Classes, Corporate Events, and etc.
Our kitchen is included at no additional charge. PLEASE NOTE: At the moment, the commercial stove is not available for use until we can update our range hood & the Fire Marshal gives approval. But, you may bring in food warmers/slow cookers.
We can host your: Wedding, Reception, Company Meetings, Company Parties,
Family Reunions, Birthday Parties, Retirement Luncheons, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Meet-ups, Fitness Classes, Gaming, and other Private Affairs/Activities you may have.
We are currently working on activities such as: Craft Fairs & Indoor & Outdoor Yard Sales.
2023 Basic Hall Rental: $500.00**
** There will be a required additional Security deposit of $300 for Cleaning or Damages.
(Damages more than $100 will need to be paid at closing during inspection)
Commercial Kitchen Usage: Currently No charge to use kitchen, BUT the "Gas Range" cannot be used at this time until the new range hood is donated & installed.
