2024 Rates:
Basic Hall Rental: $650.00**
Security Deposit: $300.00 (Refundable within 7 days.) to cover cleaning and damages
** There will be a required additional Security deposit of $300 for Cleaning or Damages.
(Damages more than $100 will need to be paid at closing during inspection)
Commercial Kitchen Usage: Currently No charge to use kitchen. The "Gas Range" cannot be used at this time until the new range hood is donated & installed.
